- Private sessions are by appointment only.
- All Pilates and Massage sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.
- Private sessions not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged.
- Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.v
- VISA, MC and Debit Cards accepted.
- For first appointments, an advanced payment is required to confirm your session time.
- Please arrive to your session a few minutes early to complete introductory forms.
